Amitabh Bachchan often cheers for his actor-son Abhishek Bachchan. On Tuesday morning too, Big B took to his X (formerly known as Twitter) handle to re-share a post which marked 19 years of Abhishek’s film, Dus. The video featured several glimpses of Abhishek from the film with a caption that read, “‘Dus’ times the action, ‘Dus’ times the style, with @juniorbachchan leading the charge! Celebrating #19YearsofDUS.”
Amitabh re-shared the post on his handle and showered love and praises on his son. “wow !!! Abhishek looking soooo good .. keep going Bhaiyu,” he wrote. Check it out here:

Released in 2005, Dus starred Abhishek Bachchan with Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Shilpa Shetty and Zayed Khan among others. The film revolved around a team of special agents from India who neutralise a terrorist attack in Canada when the Indian Prime Minister was on a visit.
This is not the first time Amitabh Bachchan has shared a post online, sharing he is immensely proud of his son. Just a few days back, Big B also re-shared a fan post celebrating Abhishek’s journey in the Hindi film industry. “Love you Bhaiyu .. your versatility, and your dedication entirely to the character you play .. all so different and so completely unique .. blessings and more,” he wrote on X.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Amitabh Bachchan is currently basking in the success of his latest release, Kalki 2898 AD. His performance as the legendary Ashwatthama has received immense praise from the audience. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film recently hit theatres and is doing good business at the box office. Kalki also stars actors Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Haasan, among others in the lead.
Next, Amitabh Bachchan will soon be reuniting with Deepika for the Hindi remake of The Intern. He is currently also hosting the 13th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati.
