Amitabh Bachchan is headed into a working birthday eve. The actor will turn 82 on Friday, October 11. Ahead of his birthday, in the wee hours of Thursday, Amitabh revealed he has been busy with work lately. The actor revealed he was shooting for what seems to be an ad commercial, which was running late.
“A long day .. but one of long distances and uncontrollable traffic .. so the delay in the start up at work was a bit justified after giving sufficient warnings .. but still too long to end the day,” Amitabh wrote on his blog, sharing pictures from the shoot. “Ok its 3 am in the morning of the 10th and time to set up a dream for the next day .. ,” he added.
Amitabh hasn’t revealed his birthday plans yet. However, it is a special birthday for Big B. On the occasion of this birthday, Amitabh makes his debut in the Tamil film indsutry. His film with Rajinikanth, titled Vettaiyan has released today. The film reunite the veteran superstars after 33 years. Directed by TJ Gnanavel, the film also stars Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, and Manju Warrier.
On the other hand, he will be seen hosting Aamir Khan on his show, Kaun Banega Crorepati. Several snippets from the episode have already surfaced online. One of which included Aamir showing Amitabh his wedding invite. As a present for Amitabh Bachchan, the Bollywood star brought out his tressured collectable — Amitabh and Jaya’s wedding invite. The wedding invite featured a special message from Amitabh’s parents, Harivansh Rai Bachchan amd Teji Bachchan. The invite also featured the address of the wedding venue.
“The marriage of our son Amitabh & Jaya, the daughter of Smt. & Shri Taroon Coomar Bhaduri, was solemnized on Sunday, the 3rd June, 1973 at Bombay. Your blessings are solicited,” read the message. Handing over the invite, Aamir told Amitabh, “Aapke no 1 fan hone ka saboot aapko de diya hai (I have given you proof that I am your no 1 fan.)”
