This poster also sheds light on Kartik’s incredible physical transformation for the role. The movie is inspired by the real-life story of India’s first Paralympic gold medalist Murlikant Petkar, born on November 1, 1944, in the Peth Islampur region of Sangli, Maharashtra. Petkar, an exceptional athlete, excelled in multiple sports, especially wrestling and hockey.

The movie showcases beautiful locations in the United Kingdom. Filming took place at the London Aquatics Centre, known for the 2012 Olympic swimming events, Kew Gardens, featured in the historical drama Queen Charlotte, and Syon Park, a historic aristocratic estate in London.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kartik Aaryan is currently shooting for the horror comedy film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Kartik’s character, Rooh Baba, takes centre stage as he propels the franchise to new heights. Whereas Vidya Balan, who previously won hearts as the OG Manjulika, will take the horror thrill a notch higher.
