After a gap of two years, Dom and his team are back in action with Fate of The Furious. Fate 8 marks the first film of the franchise since The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006) to not star Paul Walker, who died in a single-vehicle crash on November 30, 2013, during the filming of Furious 7.
Directed by F. Gary Gray, it is the eighth installment in The Fast and the Furious franchise and stars Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, Kurt Russell, Scott Eastwood, Charlize Theron and Helen Mirren.
Following the events of Furious 7, Dom and his wife Letty have gone on their honeymoon, and the rest of the crew have begun to settle down to a more normal life. But when a mysterious woman convinces Dom to work against the people that he is closest to, the rest of the crew must face trials they have never seen before – including some former enemies – in order to bring back the man who brought them together in the first place.
