Kunal Kapoor Shares Pics With Saif Ali Khan, Nikita Dutta And Others As They Wrap Up Jewel Thief Shoot

Saif Ali Khan has wrapped shooting of his next upcoming film Jewel Thief. The film has been making headlines after Siddharth Anand shared the first photos with the actor from Budapest. And now Kunal Kapoor has taken to his Instagram handle to announce the wrap. In the photos, Saif Ali Khan is seen with Nikita Dutta, director Robbie Grewal and others.

Kunal Kapoor shared the photos with a fun caption. “I’m the senior most actor so i think I should be the one to announce “it’s a wrap” But I’m the director and what happened to “ladies first” Ok let’s all just compromise and do a group photo to call it! Or better still, let’s just get the whole unit together to say “it’s a wrap people” the caption read. As soon as the photos went viral, fans were seen reacting. Many wrote excited and some even dropped heart emojis.

In May, Siddharth Anand shared photos and wrote, “Back on set with my first hero! How can nothing change! Haha! Love you Saif!.” Both are seen twinning in black and posing in front of the iconic structures.

Times Now has exclusively reported that Saif has confirmed that he is working with Siddharth but it did not share any other details. Well, as the report says Siddharth Anand will be producing it and Robbie Grewal is directing the film Jewel Thief.

The thriller film will feature the actor racing against time for a rescue operation. Jaideep Ahlawat will reportedly play the antagonist in the film. As per the latest reports, the action thriller film will be directly released on OTT.

If sources close to the entertainment portal PinkVilla were to be believed, Robbie Grewal directorial of RAW: Romeo Akhbar Walter fame will be registered under Siddharth Anand’s banner, “While the film is titled Jewel Thief, it has got nothing to do with the original film starring the legendary Dev Anand. Siddharth Anand had this title registered under his banner and believes that the tile is apt for the subject of this Robbie Grewal directorial,” shared the source.

Saif Ali Khan was last seen in Vikram Vedha with Hrithik Roshan. The film also featured Radhika Apte.
