Actress Mayuri Deshmukh will be making a comeback in the Marathi TV industry after six years with the serial Man Dhaga Dhaga Jodte Nava. The actress rose to fame from the Marathi serial Khulta Kali Khulena in 2016. It ran for one year. The actress played the lead role of Manasi Deshpande in the serial. After starring in a couple of films like 31 Divas and others, the actress was then seen in the serial Imlie. It aired on Star Plus. She played the role of an antagonist. Now, after six years, the actress will be making a comeback with the ongoing serial Man Dhaga Dhaga Jodte Nava. It will be airing on Star Pravah.
Mayuri Deshmukh will be playing the role of Sukhda in the serial Man Dhaga Dhaga Jodte Nava. Divya Pugaonkar and Abhishek Rahakar are playing the lead roles in the serials. I fell in love with the character the moment I heard about it. It’s also a dream come true to work with Star Pravah” said Mayuri Deshmukh.
Man Dhaga Dhaga Jodte Nava revolves around the story of the character Anandi who wants to start a new life but things get complicated because people judge her for being divorced. She faces new challenges every day in overcoming the prejudice of society against divorced women. It airs on Star Pravah from Monday To Saturday.
