Mumbai: Kahaani director Sujoy Ghosh is excited about his line-up of three short features that he is doing for television. He says they are aimed at the new age audience.
Ghosh is helming three short films exclusively for Star Plus. The telefilms will be full of unanticipated turns and twists, which is a signature to Ghosh's style of filmmaking. These will be aired during the festive season later this year.
Talking about it, Ghosh said in a statement: "I'm delighted that Star Plus has given me an opportunity to explore my stories and convert it into telefilms which will cater to our new age audience."
Ishaan Khatter, Malavika Mohanan's special bond
Shahid Kapoor's brother Ishaan Khatter and cinematographer KU Mohanan's daughter Malavika Mohanan have struck a new bond -- of sibling love.
The two young actors play brother and sister in international auteur Majid Majidi's film Beyond The Clouds. While they have finished the shoot, the two continue to cherish the sweet relationship of an elder sister and younger brother off screen as well, said a source from the film's unit.
On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, Malavika, who is currently in London and couldn't be in town for the festival, has sent love for Ishaan who is in Mumbai.
Beyond The Clouds is produced by Shareen Mantri Kedia and Kishor Arora along with Zee Studios.
