'Unparalleled Dedication': Supriya Menon For Husband Prithviraj Sukumaran Ahead Of Aadujeevitham Release
In her post, Supriya Menon said that Aadujeevitham was a 16-year journey that finally came to fruition on March 28.

Undoubtedly the biggest film in Prithviraj Sukumaran’s career, Aadujeevitham: The Goat Life, has finally hit the theatres after a long wait. The film took up a very long production time. As per director Blessy, it took him almost a decade to make this film. The Goat Life faced production delays for various reasons, including the COVID-19 pandemic. During the time, the whole world got locked down due to the pandemic, Prithviraj Sukumaran was shooting in the deserts of Saudi Arabia, away from his family. He also underwent a drastic physical transformation for the film, losing weight as he had to play the role of a poor goatherd, exploited by his masters. The person closest to the actor, his wife, who has seen his journey thoroughly, has now penned a beautiful note for Prithviraj on her social media handle.

In her post, Supriya Menon said that Aadujeevitham was a 16-year journey which culminated in its March 28 release. She revealed that has known Prithviraj since 2006 and married him in 2011. Addressing the note to her husband, she said that she had seen him fasting to lose weight for the role throughout the filming process and grow weak, angry and tired at times.

She also said that while the entire world was with their family during the lockdown, they were thousands of miles apart, talking through patchy internet from the desert camp which had poor connectivity.

Supriya Menon also said that Prithviraj missed out on many opportunities for his dedication to this one film. “As all your efforts draw to a fruition tomorrow (28th March) I have only one thing to say, the dedication that you show is unparalleled and unmatched in my eyes. And I wish you all the success and love from the people at large who watch this beautiful piece of art. You always are The G.O.A.T in my eyes,” her post read.

The Goat Life had started its pre-production work way back in 2008 but actual filming did not start before 2018, a decade after the inception.
