There’s an incredible piece of news for all Hrithik Roshan fans. Siddharth Anand-helmed Fighter will be the actor’s first film to release in 3D. According to a report in Pinkvilla, the director wants to make his film an unforgettable theatrical experience. “It’s an aerial action entertainer designed for a big screen experience and the idea is to transport the audience into the world of this adrenaline thumping film. Fighter will release in 2D, 3D and IMAX 3D on the eve of India’s 75th Republic Day – January 25, 2024,” the portal quoted a source as saying.
The action sequences in the Hrithik Roshan starrer have also been designed in a way that will leave an impact in not only 2D but also 3D. “Siddharth wants to take things a notch higher with Fighter and the premium format in addition to the usual release in 2D is a step in that direction. The background score and music has also been conditioned for the Atmos & IMAX format giving a holistic theatrical experience,” the source added.
Along with Hrithik Roshan, Fighter also stars Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor in pivotal roles. This will be Hrithik and Deepika’s first collaboration. For the actress, Fighter will mark her second film to release in the 3D and IMAX 3D format after Padmavat which which also featured Ranveer Singh.
Earlier, the entertainment portal reported that Siddharth Anand has planned a 50-day marketing campaign for the Hrithik Roshan starrer. It will begin an action-packed teaser, followed by songs from the film and a grand theatrical release.
The much-awaited teaser of Fighter is expected to be dropped later this week. The music composed by Vishal and Shekhar is going to be a highlight of the film. Filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh took to social media and revealed that he had watched the teaser, sharing his excitement over the film.

Fighter is set to hit the theatres on January 25, 2024— the eve of India’s 75th Republic Day. It is being produced by Siddharth and Mamta Anand’s Marflix Pictures in collaboration with Viacom18 Studios.
