Jatt & Juliet 3 is officially happening. On Monday, Diljit Dosanjh took to Instagram and confirmed that the hit Punjabi film franchise is set to make a comeback after 10 long years. The Punjabi superstar revealed that not only will he returned as the ‘Jatt’ aka Fateh Singh and he will be joined by Neeru Bajwa, who is likely to reprise her role as Pooja in the movie. The on-screen couple was seen in Jatt & Juliet (2012) and Jatt & Juliet 2 (2013), both the films were hits.
Diljit shared the news with the poster in which a caricature of him and Neeru was seen. Also spotted were the film’s iconic elements — a police pistol and a stick. Sharing the poster, Diljit wrote, “OYE SHOTU.. HATT PICHE..

Jatt & Juliet revolved around a police officer named Fateh Singh from Punjab who lands up in Canada and falls in love with Pooja, who is also a police officer in Canada. The film revolves around a series of hilarious unfortunate events which eventually results in Fateh and Pooja falling in love. Both films features numerous funny scenes and popular songs.
While Jatt & Juliet 3 is coming after a decade, Neeru is reuniting with Diljit after four years. They were last seen in 2019’s Shadaa. Besides this, the popular on-screen duo have also been seen in films like Sardaar Ji in 2015 and Jihne Mera Dil Luteya (2011). While fans are excited to see them team up, Neeru and Diljit have their individual projects as well that have kept them busy. Neeru will be seen in Buhe Bariyan, a Punjabi film. She not only stars in the movie but also is the producer. She will then be seen in Phatte Dinde Chakk Punjabi with Gippy Grewal.
On the other hand, Diljit has Jodi in 2023 in Punjabi, and Chamkila and The Crew in Bollywood.
