The teaser has piqued the excitement to watch more of Kangana Ranaut starrer Tejas. Giving a short glimpse into its action-packed world, the teaser has conveyed that the film is about to serve the audience with a never seen before experience. Ahead of this, without much delay, the makers are all set to treat the audience with the trailer on the occasion of Air Force Day.
The trailer of Tejas is gearing up for its release on October 8. The film, in all sense, celebrates the true spirit of patriotism, and hence the makers thought of releasing the trailer on Air Force Day. Produced by RSVP, Tejas stars Kangana Ranaut in the titular Role. Written and Directed By Sarvesh Mewara and Produced By Ronnie Screwvala, the film is scheduled to release in Theatres on October 27th, 2023.
Ahead of the film’s release, director Sarvesh Mewara released the teaser on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. The teaser revealed Kangana Ranaut will be seen playing airforce officer Tejas Gill who will take on the skies and fight for the country. The makers had previously confirmed that the film is not a biopic. With the teaser launch, the team also revealed that they are pushing the release date by a week. Tejas is now set to release on October 27. The film will no longer clash with Tiger Shroff’s Ganapath.
Tejas has been in the pipeline for three years now. The film was earlier slated to release in December 2020. Kangana had announced the film’s original release date in August 2020. At the time, in a statement to the press, Kangana said, “Tejas is an exhilarating story where I have the privilege of playing an air force pilot. I am honoured to be a part of a film that celebrates these brave men & women in uniform who make immense sacrifices in the line of duty everyday. Our film celebrates the armed forces and its heroes … Excited to take this journey with Sarvesh and Ronnie (Ronnie Screwvala, producer).”
