Namrata Sheth, who will soon star in the series Karmma Calling, has been in the news for her rumoured relationship with co-star Varun Sood. While the duo has not confirmed anything, the buzz among fans is quite high. In their latest interview, Namrata and Varun were part of an interesting segment where they were asked to describe each other as partners. While Namrata showered praise on Varun, the latter had some crucial insights about her.
In conversation with Instant Bollywood, when asked about how Varun would be as a boyfriend, Nmarata shared, “Better question for whoever he is dating, but I will try. First and foremost respectful, he is an incredibly respectful person, very patient and hilarious.” On the other hand, when Varun was asked about a particular trait Namrata would not tolerate in her partner, he stated it would be, “Disrespect.”
Earlier, speaking about her professional experience with Varun Sood, Namrata said: “Working with Varun was just an absolute blast, we instantly got along and we would just have the best time on set. He is a hilarious person. So, there was never a moment where we were not laughing or joking, making fun of something or the other. We had become such great friends through the process.”
Moreover, she called Varun a very supportive co-star and said that it was very easy to do scenes with him. She said, “We had to do a lot of heavy scenes and some days were tougher than the others, but Varun was always patient, always there and was very encouraging.” She also stated that Varun has become a good friend.
In an interview with ETimes, Varun Sood maintained that their bonding is limited to friendship. Rumours about their relationship sparked when the actor posted a picture with his co-star on social media. Varun mentioned that the only reason for posting the picture was because he found it to be a good one.
Karmma Calling is based on the US original series Revenge, which ran from 2011 to 2015 and was created by ABC Signature, a division of Disney Television Studios. The series is produced by R.A.T films and directed by Ruchi Narain. Raveena Tandon, Namrata Sheth, Varun Sood, Gaurav Sharma, Waluscha D’souza, Amy Aela, Viraf Patel, and Piyush Khati will play major roles. Karmma Calling will be available on Disney+ Hotstar starting January 26.
