Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are all set to host their three-day pre-wedding festivities in Jamnagar, Gujarat, this weekend. The couple, who is set to tie the knot this year, will be hosting some of the biggest names in Jamnagar as part of the celebrations. The pre-wedding celebrations comes a year after Anant and Radhika got engaged. The couple held their engagement ceremony and a party that was attended by several Bollywood stars. However, one of the biggest highlights of the ceremony was Mukesh Ambani and his wife, Nita Ambani performing Wah Wah Ram Ji for the couple.
In a video shared by ANI at the time of the engagement, Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani were seen taking the centre stage to perform ‘Wah Wah Ramji’ from Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit’s iconic film Hum Aapke Hain Koun..! Anant’s parents were joined by his brother Akash and his wife Shloka Mehta, daughter Isha and husband Anand Piramal, for the performance on stage. Anant and Radhika were seated in the crowd and cheering for them.

Meanwhile, the Roka ceremony of Radhika and Anant was performed at the Shrinathji Temple at Nathdwara in Rajasthan in December 2022 in the presence of family members and friends. They had received a grand welcome on their return to Mumbai after the ceremony. It was followed by a party at the Ambani house ‘Antilia’, attended by Bollywood biggies such as Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
Anant, son of Nita and Mukesh Ambani, completed his studies from Brown University in the USA and has since served at Reliance industries in various capacities including as a member on the Boards of Jio Platforms and Reliance Retail Ventures. He currently leads the energy business of RIL. Radhika, daughter of Shaila and Viren Merchant, is a graduate of New York University and serves as a Director on the Board of Encore Healthcare. She is also a trained Indian classical dancer and delivered her first on-stage dance performance or ‘Arangetram’ in June 2022.
