  3. Cat Cow Pose: This pose stretches and strengthens the spine and neck muscles and also helps to relieve stress. Start maintaining this yoga pose for 5 minutes.
  4. Garland Pose: It helps to open the hips and groin and also aids in digestion. Start with 30 seconds and go up to 2 minutes.
  5. Butterfly Pose: This pose is an excellent one as it helps you stretch and strengthen the inner thighs, pelvic area, and knees. Start with 30 seconds and go up to 2 minutes.
