'I'm Here, Do It': Owaisi's Open Dare to Navneet Rana After Her 'Remove Cops for 15 Secs' Warning | WATCH
Navneet Rana's remarks came in context to Akbaruddin Owaisi's 2013's infamous comment that 'if the police were removed for 15 minutes, we (Muslims) would finish 100 crore Hindus'.

Navneet Rana, Bharatiya Janata Party’s firebrand leader who had created a storm in 2022 with the Hanuman Chalisa row, heavily came down on Owaisi brothers in Telangana, saying that if police was removed from duty for 15 seconds, both the brothers will not know from where there came and where they went.

“The younger brother says, remove the police for 15 minutes, then we’ll show them what we can do. I want to tell them: Dear younger brother, 15 seconds police hata lo, dono ko pata nahin lagega ki wo kahan se aaya aur kidhar ko gaya (it might take you 15 minutes, but it will only take us 15 seconds. If the police are removed for 15 seconds, neither the young nor the old will know where they came from or where they went),” Rana said during a public meeting in support of BJP candidate Madhavi Latha.

Her remarks came in context to Akbaruddin Owaisi’s 2013’s infamous comment that “if the police were removed for 15 minutes, we (Muslims) would finish 100 crore Hindus.”

Reacting to Rana’s dare on Thursday, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi asked her to take one hour instead of 15 seconds, and show what she can do. “You do it. I’m here. Let’s see,” he added.

“I will tell Modi ji to give her 15 seconds. What will you do? We too want to see if you have any humanity left in you. Who is scared? We are ready. If someone is making open call for it, then be it. PM is yours, RSS is yours, everything is yours. Do it. Who is stopping you? Tell us where we have to come, we will be there. Do it,” Owaisi further said.

Last week, Navneet Rana had stoked a controversy after she said those who don’t want to say ‘Jai Shri Ram’ can go to Pakistan.

Rana, the incumbent independent MP from Amravati in Maharashtra, reportedly made the remark while speaking in Gujarat on Sunday. The Maharashtra MP is a star campaigner in Gujarat.

“Those who don’t want to say Jai Shri Ram can go to Pakistan. This is Hindustan. If you want to stay in Hindustan, you will have to say Jai Shri Ram,” Punjab Kesari quoted Rana as saying.

In 2014, Navneet Rane contested on a Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) ticket, but she lost the election. In 2019, she contested as an independent candidate and won the election. This time, Rana is contesting on a BJP ticket. She was inducted into the saffron party in the presence of its state president Chandrashekhar Bawankule.
