In a major setback to the Centre, the Supreme Court five-judge constitution bench headed by Justice JS Khehar on Wednesday quashed the imposition of President's Rule in Arunachal Pradesh and ordered restoration of the Congress government in the state.
This is the second major rebuff for the Centre after the SC reinstated the Uttarakhand government.
