Make common minimum programme mandatory for all parties?
The past decade has seen the emergence of coalition politics in the country. Coalition politics has its own demands and parties try to push their individual agenda, often at the cost of stability. Should a common minimum programme be made mandatory for all parties contesting in the electoral fray?
