New Delhi: In what looks like a take from iPhone 5C's non-metal housing, latest image leaks point to the tech giant developing a similar iPhone 6C model after its latest iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus phones.
The images, spotted on Future Supplier, show the rear housing of a purported iPhone 6C device that sports a 4-inch display with a different camera hole that is oval in shape.
Another stark difference visible in the leaked images point to two loud speaker holes at the bottom of the device. The iPhone 5C has a single hole. This clearly indicates that if Apple is indeed mulling creating a plastic-body variant of the recently released iPhone 6 then it will not take on the elements of the dud iPhone 5C in entirety.
When the tech giant released its iPhone 5 and iPhone 5S phones, it came up with a so-called cheaper version, the iPhone 5C, that failed to impress many consumers with its plastic body that still came with a hefty price tag.
Following the release of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, speculations are rife that the tech giant will again come with a iPhone 6S and 6C variants. Reports also indicate that instead of continuing with the same name, Apple's next smartphone would be an iPhone 7.
