New Delhi: Latest details have emerged about Motorola’s yet-to-be-announced flagship smartphone which is likely to be called ‘Kinzie’ and be on the lines of the Droid devices.

The Motorola Kinzie phone will be one of two devices which are expected to come from the smartphone manufacturer- Droid Kinzie which will be of the standard size and the Droid Clark which will be the larger phone.

A report on Slashgear notes that these devices are likely to be released to Verizon this year as Motorola looks at dropping the Maxx and Mini devices to provide consumers with an additional screen size option.

The Droid Kinzie is expected to sport a 5.25-inch screen with 2560 x 1440 resolution and run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset combined with 3GB RAM. It will further include a 20 megapixel rear camera with 4K video recording capability along with a 4.8-megapixel front snapper. The Kinzie will include a Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 feature as well.

The second device, Droid Clark will sport a phablet-like 6-inch display with 2560 x 1440 resolution and run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chipset along with 2GB RAM. Rest of the features will be akin to the Kinzie variant.

If the speculations are to be believed, the purported devices are unlikely to hit stores before the end of 2015 because the company released Motorola Droid Turbo earlier this year and only recently re-released it in more colour options.
