Vivo has had a name in the smartphone industry when it comes to experimenting with new features and pioneering the same. On the commercial front, this was seen in the high-resolution dual selfie camera setup that the company has been offering since long in the Indian market. The company recently also showcased its smartphone with a fingerprint sensor embedded beneath its display at the CES 2018. Now leaks reveal that the Chinese smartphone giant is set to roll out another world’s first.
As per recent reports, Vivo is coming up with a new flagship smartphone, named Vivo Xplay7. The USP of the same will be a massive 10Gb RAM, a feature that is unheard of in any smartphone till date. In addition, the smartphone is also poised to sport a 4K OLED display with 92.9 percent screen-to-body ratio, Snapdragon 845 SoC and up to 512GB of storage (with a lower variant offering a 256GB storage). Of course, the under-display fingerprint sensor is on offer too.

Recent leaks on Weibo are the source of these specifications for the successor to the Xplay6, which was launched back in 2016. In terms of optics, the rumoured Vivo flagship is expected to sport a dual camera setup at the back with 4X optical zoom.
There is no official confirmation by Vivo for the smartphone as of now but if the rumours are to be believed, the Vivo Xplay7 may make its way to the market in the coming weeks at a starting price of around $500 (~Rs 31,800).
