Ayesha Singh gained popularity for playing the character of Sai in the TV show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin (GHKKPM). Her on-screen chemistry with Neil Bhatt earned admiration from fans. After a hiatus from the small screen following GHKKPM’s conclusion, she returned to delight her fans in the ongoing serial Udne Ki Aasha, where she is reprising her role as Sai alongside Kanwar Dhillon as Sachin and Neha Harsora’s Sailee. In a recent interview with Free Press Journal, Singh discussed her camaraderie and working experience with Kanwar Dhillon. She felt excited and had a sense of responsibility while promoting the daily soap alongside Dhillon. The actress also praised Dhillon’s acting skills and described him as a wonderful colleague to collaborate with.
Speaking about the actor, Singh told, “While promoting the show with Kanwar, I felt a sense of thrill and responsibility. I had worked hard on the show, hoping it would open doors of opportunities for me. The shooting went smoothly and everyone enjoyed it. Kanwar is a fun person to work with, and he was in his zone for the new character he was trying. It was fun to watch him perform. It was a great experience for me to be a spokesperson for the event.”
“Returning to the site and using everything again felt wonderful as if I were reliving life for a day. I had a great time, and I’m happy to say that the audience response was positive and everyone was excited,” Ayesha added. Further, speaking about the love she received for Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, she shared, “I still receive messages filled with love, and it’s a unique experience that’s hard to put into words.”
In Udne Ki Aasha, Ayesha Singh returns as Sai Joshi, the character she previously played in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. Alongside promoting the show, she will also make appearances as a special guest in the daily soap.
Udne Ki Aasha explores the lives of Sachin and Sailee, shedding light on their complex relationship and equation. Kanwar Dhillon who plays the character of Sachin, is a taxi driver whose livelihood depends on his profession. On the other hand, Neha Harsora plays Sailee, a florist who tries her hands in different small businesses to live life.
