Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11 continues to grab headlines for its dazzling and exceptional performances by well-known celebrities. The latest episode of the dance reality show was dedicated to the iconic actress Raveena Tandon. In a nostalgic tribute, contestants took the stage, bringing back memories from the 90’s by performing some of Raveena’s iconic songs. Raveena elevated the entertainment quotient to new heights as she not only captivated the audience with her presence but also shared intriguing details about her collaboration with contestant Anjali Anand’s father, Dinesh Anand. The actress also shared about her films and revealed interesting details.
Anjali Anand mesmerised the audience with her classical dance performance alongside Choreographer Tarun Raj Nihalani in the rendition of the song Nain Se Naino Ko Mila. Showering accolades on Anjali, Raveena Tandon disclosed a surprising connection, saying, “I have worked so much with Anjali’s father. We have done about 5-6 films together, and she must have been very young then, but I think he would be so proud right now.”
The actress further continued, “I can see you are a daddy’s girl, just like me, so I can completely understand the feeling. And I assure you, he is watching you and encouraging you every step of the way. And whatever success there is today, believe me, they are our guardian angels, guiding us in every step. Keep working hard like this. We are all proud of you.”
Anjali Anand pleasantly surprised everyone by revealing that she and Raveena Tandon attended the same college. She shared how Raveena’s influence is still felt in their college halls. Anjali added to the nostalgia by bringing some famous vada pav from their college days, surprising Raveena and the judges on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11.
Raveena Tandon also shared a joyful moment on the show as she danced alongside Manisha Rani on her hit song Tip Tip Barsa Paani. The delightful experience continued as Sreerama Chandra SRC presented Raveena with a rose.
