People often gift their lovers expensive items. In a similar incident, a girl demanded some expensive gifts and her boyfriend kept on fulfilling her needs. According to reports, after taking the loan the boy ran away with his girlfriend. The boy then married the underage girl. Consequently, the girl’s family filed an abduction case at the Kazi Mohammadpur Police Station. As soon as the police received the information, they rescued the girl from the accused’s house and arrested the boy. He was jailed, after which he was granted bail. In the meantime, the boy forgot about the loan.
The shopkeeper then started pressuring the young man to repay the loan he had taken earlier. This led to a dispute between them. The situation escalated and the shopkeeper decided to inform the police. After receiving the complaint, the police arrived at the scene and took both parties to the police station. It is reported that the police resolved the issue through negotiation.
Regarding the case, Police official Sharat Kumar told Local 18 that after getting the complaint they found that it was a matter of mutual transactions. The two parties have now reached a mutual agreement. He said, “The boy took the money and ran with his girlfriend. He was arrested after the family of the girl registered a complaint against him. But he was later granted bail. However, after being released, a dispute arose over the money he took on loan. However, the matter has now been released through mutual negotiations.”
