In this era of social media, many parents want their kids to become a star in the internet world. If you scroll through the feed, there is no shortage of adorable videos featuring little children. Many of them may not know this virtual world but have already managed to develop a huge fanbase at a tender age with their cute tantrums. A Pakistani kid, however, seems to have broken the boundaries as he didn’t require the help of his parents to become a digital sheriff.
Recognised as the ‘youngest’ vlogger in his country, Mohammad Shiraz makes random videos and the topics mostly revolve around his family, daily routine and updates about his neighbourhood. It has been a few weeks since Shiraz first went viral across various social media platforms for his charming persona and engaging way of speaking. And now, the kid has been presented with the YouTube silver play button.

Shiraz hails from a picturesque city named Khaplu, surrounded by snow-peaked mountains and located in the Ghanche District of Gilgit-Baltistan in northern Pakistan. He shares the daily vlogs on his YouTube channel– “Shirazi Village Vlogs”. People, who have ever watched his videos, must know Muskan, a little girl presumed to be the younger sister of Shiraz.
After the subscriber count on his channel breached the one-lakh mark last week, Shiraz got the silver play button. He unboxed the gift on camera and the video was an instant hit. As soon as he opened the box, Shiraz was seen screaming his heart out to express his joy.
The name of his YouTube channel was engraved on the silver play button and Shiraz could spot a spelling mistake there. “Shirazi hoga na? Dekho ‘I’ nahi lagaya hain. (It’s Shirazi na? See, they have missed the ‘I’)” Shiraz was seen kissing the play button and asked Muskan to take a look at it.
Some glimpses of his unboxing video were dropped on an Instagram page named ‘Niche Lifestyle’. “Pakistan’s ‘youngest’ YouTuber and vlogger in Pakistan Mohammad Shiraz from Khaplu village in Gilgit-Baltistan receives the coveted silver play button from YouTube, the caption of the post read.
Many users expressed their admiration for Shiraz and Muskan in the comment section. One of them wrote, “I love him just like I love the region he’s from.” Another user commented, “The most deserving one.” A viewer said, “He’s so wholesome. Lots of love to this boy for being who he is.”
