Today, I had my first taste of the famous Indian street candy, lachi. As a proud vegetarian, I never thought I’d say this, but I ate a chicken today—and it was delicious! The candy maestro molded the lachi into a perfect chicken figurine. Sweet, crunchy, and mind-blowingly good. India never ceases to amaze!”
