In the latest viral video, a young man catches a small crocodile which got entangled in his fishing hook. Instead of sending it back to the river, he adopts it. The man is seen bathing and feeding the crocodile in the video clip. In one scene, he dresses up his adult croc like an angel. Gradually the crocodile looks all grown-up and is seen walking around on the bed. At one time, the croc was seen climbing on the back of his owner. The bizarre sight may look horrifying to the viewers but not the young man. The video has been posted by a social media user named Figen on the social media platform X ( formerly called Twitter).

The video has garnered 23.4 million views. “Raising alligators and Crocs at home is a huge mistake. They grow and you cannot maintain any level of safety.” wrote one of the users.

While many inquired about the safety of such pets at home others wondered about trivial things, like how the young man dressed up the crocodile.

In the comments section, one of the users shared the fact that baby crocodiles rely heavily on their mothers from birth. Their nest are buried underground for protection so the hatchlings depend on their mothers to dig them so that they can hatch.
