The man further stated that he is very careful and aware of my interactions with the alligator.

Crocodiles and alligators are one of the most dangerous predators which have no enemies, except for humans. Hence, spotting one nearby can make anyone freak out. But, this one daring person’s video has gone viral where he can be seen entering the water and playing with the predator. The first question that will come to your mind is – Why? But the next pressing question is why is the reptile not harming him. There is no shame in saying that crocodile and alligator videos are often quite terrifying to watch. So, when a man enters the water with an alligator, it comes across as quite shocking. The viral video shows a man in a blue outfit, a cap and a blue shade in the water, right next to an alligator named Casper, whom he can be seen caressing and hugging. But, if you listen to the clip carefully, the man can be heard saying that people often mistake that Casper is not attacking, because he loves the man. But, the man denies it outright. He said, “This is not a Disney movie, Casper does not love me. I love him. He doesn’t love me. He could kill me if I let him.”

The man further stated that he is “very careful and aware of my interactions” with Casper. He further shared that people assume that since the reptile is not attacking, it means that he loves the human. He said, “No, it means I know how to handle the alligator and not put myself in the zone where I can get bit.”

In the video, he shared the secret of why Casper does not bite him. He said that the secret trick is having skills. He shows that positioning himself in a way while approaching Casper will ensure his own safety and Casper will not be able to bite him.

The tweet read, “Dude explains why alligator won’t kill him.” The video has garnered 7.5 million views on X (formerly known as Twitter). While the video may have been quite shocking, the comments were quite relatable.

A user jokingly wrote, “I don’t want to brag but I too have never been eaten by an alligator. Some days I don’t even think about them. My trick is a little bit different but it also involves skill and I have concluded that being 2,000 miles away from them has proven very effective.”

Another commented, “Men will be men.”
