The latest episode of Monday Night Raw provided all the latest updates on the company’s upcoming premium live event in Germany, Bash in Berlin 2024.
The latest show featured six official matches, kicking off with tag-team action between Latino World Order and Judgment Day. Next, women’s action saw Damage CTRL take on the Pure Fusion Collective. The latest Raw episode also featured promos from superstars like Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre. As for the main event, Chad Gable locked horns with Uncle Howdy.
Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley come face to face
Following the opening tag-team match, the new Judgment Day assaulted the LWO. JD cleared off the announcers’ table before bouncing Rey’s head on it. As the tag-team champions brutalised Rey, Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest ran down to the high-flyer’s rescue. Ripley got a hand of Morgan whom she tossed into the ring post. She then stared Dominik down inside the ring. Meanwhile, Priest fought Carlito before landing a South of Heaven on JD. Carlito was then struck by a Rip Tide from Rhea.
Drew McIntyre and CM Punk feud rages on
This segment started with Drew McIntyre cutting a promo in front of the WWE fans in Providence. He talked about how CM Punk was scared of him, pulling off cheap attacks from the back. McIntyre then held up Punk’s bracelet which led to the Second City Saint charging into the ring and starting a brawl. Security emerged to break the fight between the two stars. Punk was eventually left in the ring as McIntyre retreated through the crowd.
Randy Orton addresses the upcoming Bash in Berlin 2024 match against Gunther
Addressing a crowd chanting his name, Randy Orton talked about how he had a particular fondness for the World Heavyweight Championship. The Viper highlighted that he was the youngest to win the title and nearly 10 years ago, had the honour to unify the titles. He realised that Berlin would be enemy territory for him as Gunther was a legend over there. Orton concluded the promo by saying that he was going to beat the champion in Germany. He would do it using the three most dangerous letters in sports entertainment, RKO.
