In an unprecedented move, Hero Motocorp has unveiled a diesel scooter concept in India. Hero RNT, a revolutionary new diesel concept, has been unveiled along with four more products - new CBZ Xtreme, new Dash scooter, new Leap scooter and the HX250R.
The RNT concept as it is called has a 150cc diesel engine heart which makes 13.5PS of power and a healthy 35Nm of torque. The RNT can also behave as a hybrid with it oversize generator. There is more to it but you can read all about it in our special individual coverage of the scooter.
The engine comes mated to a six-speed gearbox. The RNT also gets detachable headlamps that double up as a torch.
Besides the RNT concept, Hero has also unveiled four more products.
