New Delhi: Mahindra 2 Wheelers has launched the Mahindra Duro DZ, which is said to be designed specifically for the challenging Indian roads. It has a 125cc engine where power stands at 8.15PS produced at 7000rpm and torque peaks at 9Nm at 5500rpm. Its dual curve digital ignition system is believed to deliver a mileage superior to other 125 cc scooters.
The new Mahindra Duro DZ also offers a variety of important durability and safety related features. Its advanced telescopic suspension is touted to ensure a smooth ride on the toughest terrain.
Other features include a rear brake lock lever, halogen headlamp, digital ignition system and advanced telescopic suspension.
Currently, the scooter has been launched in Andhra Pradesh and Kerala. The ex-showroom prices announced are: Andhra Pradesh – Rs 44,640 and Kerala – Rs 44,908.
