Proud Mom Kareena Kapoor Wears Taimur's Medal, Declares ‘Bronze Is The New Gold’

Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan’s children, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan, have been the center of attention ever since their birth. Meanwhile, Kareena never leaves a chance and always stands by her sons, to become their greatest supporter. Most recently, the Jab We Met star shared a glimpse from Taimur’s school sports competition on her Instagram stories. One picture captured her alongside Karan Johar and another parent, as they united to cheer for their children. Another snapshot featured Kareena’s joy as she proudly flaunted her brightest smile, while she took a selfie with a bronze medal, which was won by her eldest son, Taimur.

In the picture, the Jaane Jaan actress looked stylish in a simple yet classy outfit, sporting a makeup free look. For her son’s sports day event in Dhirubhai Ambani International School, the actress wore a grey sleeveless jacket, left her hair open and wore a black sunglasses, all while flashing her brightest smile. The elegant and makeup-free appearance highlighted Kareena’s natural beauty. Sharing the picture on her Instagram story, the actress wrote, “Yes I’m The Mother Who Wears His Medals. Proud Hysterical Mom. Bronze Is The New Gold. Mera Beta. Anyone Else Do That?”

Meanwhile, Karan Johar shared a short video on his Instagram Stories, featuring Kareena Kapoor wearing the medal and holding Taimur’s certificate. In the video, the host of Koffee with Karan asked Kareena about the win and Kareena, with excitement and smile, said Taimur won the bronze medal. The filmmaker then asked, “And bronze is the?” Kareena declared, “New gold.” The video concluded with Karan expressing his admiration and said, “Love it.” He tagged the actress and wrote, “Proud mommy.”

Re-posting the video on her Instagram, Kareena captioned, “Over enthu” along with laughing emoji.

During the same event, Gauri Khan and her daughter Suhana Khan also attended to support AbRam Khan. The interior designer shared pictures of Suhana and AbRam on her Instagram. In the first photo, Suhana smiled while capturing AbRam, who wasn’t in the picture. For the event, the Archies star wore a black dress with dark sunglasses and golden earrings. The next picture captured a sweet moment as Suhana was seen hugging AbRam, both flashing smiles for the camera. Sharing the pictures, Shah Rukh Khan’s wife wrote, “Lil one at the sports day. Running, Jumping, Throwing and Winning, with his Cheerleader.”
