HCL Technologies on Friday announced an interim dividend of Rs 12 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. Its record date has been fixed as July 23, 2024.
“The board of directors has declared an interim dividend of Rs 12 per equity share of Rs 2 each of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25,” HCL Technologies said in a BSE filing on July 12.
The record date of July 23, 2024, fixed for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend has been confirmed by the board of directors.
The payment date of the said interim dividend shall be August 1, 2024, it added.
For the first quarter ended June 2024, HCL Tech on Friday posted a 20.45 per cent jump year-on-year in its net profit to Rs 4,257 crore. Its revenue from operations during April-June 2024 rose 6.69 per cent to Rs 28,057 crore, against Rs 26,296 crore in the year ago period.
Its net profit had stood at Rs 3,534 crore in the corresponding period last year, according to a BSE filing.
Shares of HCL Technologies on Friday jumped Rs 48.40 or 3.20 per cent to close at Rs 1,560.4 apiece on the BSE.
