Mumbai: Infosys Ltd (INFY.NS), India's second-largest software services exporter, posted a 21.6 per cent increase in quarterly net profit, beating estimates, as it won new outsourcing contracts from overseas clients.
Consolidated net profit for the quarter ended June 30 rose to Rs 2,886 crore from Rs 2374 crore in the same year-ago period, Bangalore-based Infosys said in a statement on Friday.
Infosys consolidated revenue went up 13.3 per cent to Rs 12,770 crore in April-June quarter.
