Former Indian Opening Pair Reunited as Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan Share a Heartful Chat Ahead of PBKS vs MI - WATCH

It was a heartwarming scene when both Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan embraced each other and were all smiles as the two were seen chatting ahead of the clash between Punjab Kings and Mumbai Indians at the Mullanpur Stadium in Mohali.

Rohit on the other hand had a solid knock where he was giving the side a good start in the powerplay. However, he was unable to capitalise on his good start as he was dismissed on 36 in 25 deliveries. The stand-in skipper, Sam Curran delivered the wicket as he got the Indian skipper out before dealing major damage.

The duo have taken part in 115 matches where they accumulated 5148 runs in partnership at an average of 45.55. They have had 18 century-run stands along with 15 fifty partnerships through their times as an opening pair.
