India’s Under-19 team will hope to keep their unbeaten streak alive when they take on the USA Under-19 in the last group-league match of the ICC Men’s U-19 World Cup. The Mangaung Oval in Bloemfontein will host the 50-over contest on January 28, with the on-field actions starting at 1:30 PM IST. India U-19 have demonstrated their quality in every department in this World Cup. They began the campaign with an 84-run win over Bangladesh U-19 before crushing Ireland U-19 in a one-sided affair.
India batted first and produced a mammoth 301 runs against the Irish side. Musheer Khan folded as the top scorer for India, registering 118 runs off 106 balls. Indian captain Uday Saharan also had a good outing and contributed 75 runs to the scoresheet. Coming in to chase the huge target, Ireland U-19 were bundled out for 100 runs in the 30th over as only four of their batters could record a two-digit score.
Meanwhile, the USA U-19 have yet to secure their maiden victory in the tournament. They lost the opening match to Ireland U-19 by seven wickets before suffering a humiliating 121-run defeat at the hands of Bangladesh U-19. The USA must win the match against India by a good margin to make their way into the Super Six round.

India Under-19 are set to play their third consecutive World Cup game at the Mangaung Oval in Bloemfontein. Like the previous outings, the pitch is expected to provide more assistance to the batters.
