Shah Rukh Khan was present in yesterday’s fixture alongside his daughter Suhana Khan, son AbRam Khan and manager Pooja Dadlani. The Bollywood actor was on cloud nine after witnessing his team dominate the Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Narendra Modi Stadium by eight wickets. Amongst several videos featuring the star on social media, there was one clip where Shah Rukh is seen kissing his son. Meanwhile, Suhana and the actor’s manager were seen jumping with excitement. With Shreyas Iyer at the helm and Gautam Gambhir handling the team’s morale, the Kolkata Knight Riders have dominated the IPL this season. Having secured nine group game victories, Kolkata faced a Pat Cummins-led Hyderabad in Ahmedabad yesterday. In the first half, the bowling duo of Mitchell Starc and Varun Chakravarthy stole the show by scalping a joint five wickets. Having curbed the 2016 winners to 159, Shreyas Iyer and Venkatesh Iyer formed a formidable partnership in the second half to seal a victory. They could potentially face Hyderabad once again in the final if the Orange squad wins the second qualifier.
