The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) will release the Group 2 prelims exam 2023 answer key soon. The exam was conducted on February 25 from 10.30 am to 1 pm. Candidates who appeared for the exam will be able to download the answer key through the official website of APPSC at psc.ap.gov.in, once issued.

The registration process for the exam started on December 21, 2023, and ended on January 17, 2024. The commission had issued a notification seeking to fill a total of 897 positions through this recruitment drive. Of these, 566 vacancies are set aside for non-executive positions and 331 vacancies are designated for executive positions.

APPSC Group 2 Prelims Exam Answer Key 2023: How To Download

Step 1: Visit the official website of APPSC at psc.ap.gov.in.

Step 2: Click on the APPSC Group 2 Prelims Answer Key 2023 link available on the home page.

Step 3: A PDF containing the answer key will be displayed on the screen.

Step 4: Check and download the page for further use.

The commission conducted the written exam for General Studies and Mental Ability. A new topic of social science was added to it this year. Each section has 30 marks. The preliminary exam is for a total of 150 marks. The APPSC screening test is an objective type examination held in the OMR-based format in offline mode. While the main exam comprises objective-type questions, and candidates are required to answer them in offline mode (OMR-based) or a computer-based test (CBT). Candidates will be shortlisted for the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) based on merit in the main written examination.

Meanwhile, the APPSC is set to conduct the Group 1 recruitment preliminary examination on March 17. The recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 81 vacancies in Group 1 Services. The exam features objective type and OMR-based questions. It will be held in the offline mode. Candidates who clear the prelims exam will be shortlisted for the mains exam, the date of which will be announced later. The main exam will consist of descriptive-type questions.
