The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to release the datesheet for the Class 10 and 12 board exams soon. Reports indicate that the exams for the 2025 session are expected to start on February 15, 2024. This date has been the standard since 2023, marking a departure from previous years when exams were held from May 4 to June 7 in 2021 and from April 26 to May 24 in 2022.
The CBSE board exams will be conducted in a pen-and-paper format. A separate date sheet for practical exams will be provided. For Class 12, practical exams will be overseen by an external examiner visiting the schools, while Class 10 practicals will be conducted by the school’s teachers.

Step 2: Look for the latest announcements section on the webpage.
Step 3: Click on the link titled “Latest Announcements” section or the “Academic Website.”
Step 4: Once in, find the CBSE Class 10 or Class 12 Date Sheet 2025 notification.
Step 5: Now, click on the link provided to open the exam schedule PDF.
Step 6: Check your specific classes and subjects and save a copy of the same for future reference.

The purpose of these instructions is to assist related schools in accurately and promptly submitting the List of Candidates (LOC) for Classes 10 and 12 exams scheduled for 2024–25. It also facilitates the efficient administration of the exams by streamlining the procedure and guaranteeing error-free data submission.
According to the official notice, the list of 46 FAQs covers points such as detailed instructions for entering data, typical problems and their answers, important dates and deadlines, and guidelines for parents, teachers and children.
