The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is expected to release the Maharashtra HSC and SSC supply results for 2024 today, August 23, 2024, at 1 PM. Candidates can check their results on the official websites: mahahsscboard.in or mahresult.nic.in.
The Maharashtra board conducted the Maha SSC supplementary exams in July and August for over 28,000 students. These exams were held for more than 56,000 candidates who did not pass the main board examination. Students who are dissatisfied with their supplementary results can apply for the revaluation of their answer booklets from August 24 to September 9, 2024.
The Class 10 supplementary examination was conducted in two shifts from July 16 to July 30, 2024. The first shift ran from 11 AM to 2 PM, while the second shift was from 3 PM to 5 PM. For the Class 12 supplementary examination, held from July 16 to August 8, 2024, the tests for general and bifocal courses were also conducted in two shifts: the first from 11 AM to 2 PM and the second from 3 PM to 6 PM.
Maharashtra HSC, SSC Supplementary Result 2024: Steps to check
Step 1: Visit the official website: mahresult.nic.in or mahahsscboard.in
Step 2: Click on the link for Maharashtra SSC, HSC Supply result which will appear on the home screen
Step 3: Enter the required credentials and click on the ‘submit’ button.
Step 4: The supplementary result 2024 will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Download and take a screenshot or printout of it for future reference.
The result will contain details like the name of the student, roll number of the student, mother’s name, student’s date of birth, subject code, school name, overall marks and grades.
Candidates who pass the SSC supplementary exam will be eligible to secure admission to Class 11 for the current academic year. Similarly, students who clear the HSC supplementary examination will be able to apply for their college degrees.
Students will receive their original marksheets from their respective schools or colleges and should collect them from there. The results for the SSC and HSC exams were released by the Maharashtra board in May 2024. To be declared pass, students needed to secure a minimum of 33 per cent marks in each subject and overall. Those who did not meet this requirement opted to appear for the compartment or supplementary examinations
Students who fail to pass the supplementary exam as well, will have no choice left but to appear in the 2025 examination.
