New Delhi: Indian champions Dempo SC shall look to build on their good start in the prestigious AFC Cup when they face Jordan's Al Faisaly at the Amman International Stadium on Tuesday evening.

Dempo won their first match in Group E last week at home by getting a 1-0 victory over Syria's Al Maged and top the group going into match day two.

The Goan side have registered their third foreigner which means that Rodrigo will be eligible to play against Al Faisaly. The Brazilain midfielder is better known as Beto's brother and the Dempo number 11 shall move upfront to partner Ranti Martins.

"It will be great to come back with a point," said Dempo coach Armando Colaco..

"A victory will be a big boost and a big achievement for us but it will be a great experience for our players.

"We have a tough match and Al Faisaly will not give us an easy game. We have worked hard and we'll go into the game targeting victory."

Meanwhile, the Jordan outfit have done their homework on Dempo having watched their Asian Champions League fixture against Al Sharjah last month.

"We watched Dempo's match in the ACL play-offs and hopefully we can get a good result," said Al Faisaly team manager Haitham Al Shboul.

Al Faisaly played a goalless draw against defending champions Al Muharraq in their opening encounter away from home and shall look to capitalize in what's their first home match.

"This is our first home match in the group and we must take advantage of playing at home and in front our fans," said Al Faisaly team manager Haitham Al Shboul.

"We have a good squad who proved that we can play well in the AFC Cup matches.

"Our main problem is that we have a tough schedule which includes a lot of travelling and this is not healthy for the team," added the former Jordan international.
