Composite to HDMI converter cable
Plug in your HDMI cord to the cable.
Plug it into your TV's HDMI input.
Wii HDMI converter
Plug it into your wii's AV Composite Output instead of putting in the Composite cord that comes with the Wii.
Plug your HDMI cord (assuming you have one) into the converter and your TV.
