How to Edit a Contact on Skype on iPhone or iPad

Open Skype on your iPhone or iPad. It’s the blue and white cloud icon with an “S” inside. You’ll usually find it on the home screen.

Tap the contacts icon. It the outline of an address book with a person inside, and it’s at the top-right corner of the screen.

Select a contact. This opens a chat window.

Tap the contact’s name. It’s at the top of the chat.

Tap the pencil icon. It’s next to the contact’s name.

Enter a new name. To start typing, tap the contact’s current name to bring up the keyboard.

Tap the check mark. It’s at the top-right corner of the screen. Your contact’s name is now edited.
