Go to the waterworks. This dungeon is for level 60 and up.
Enter it. Go in with some friends because the waterworks is really hard.
Complete the 3 floors. The first two are mob floors. The next one is the hardest, but it isn't a battle. Open up the clams, but only the blue ones. Don't open up the yellow clams.
Arrive at the first boss. You will reach the first boss after the first floor. Do not add any traps on him unless it's the storm trap like windstorm. You must use an all enemy attack if you want to single attack.
Keep in mind that the last person is never inked by Luska Charmbeak, the first boss with 21,150 health. He is balance, but the last person is never inked. Let the life wizard go last if he/she's is good at healing if you're last and not life. Do not use traps.
Go to the next floor. This floor contains 2 death mobs and 2 fire mobs.
Solve the floor's puzzle. There is no timer, just follow the eel. If you activate the wrong lever, you're gonna have to fight 4 storm mobs with cheating skills.
Complete the rest of the second floor. You will near the end of it after the puzzle. There will be 2 fire mobs and 2 lives. Take them out easily. Don't get confused by the moon icon; they're still fire.
Go to the next floor. The next floor will have 2 balance mobs and 2 lives. After this floor, go to the start and activate the valve.
Arrive at the final boss. You are now at the final boss with 24,980 health and 2 minions, death and fire, 8190 health and 6560. After defeating it, you should now get the cape and boots.
