Acquire an oven. If you don't have it, you can go to the General Store and pay 2,500 G for it.

Get any herb and fish. Find the best quality fish for the best possible quality dish. If the total value of the dish is 249 G or less, the dish is considered to be "decent". It'll give you +280 recovery or a 112 G profit. If the total value of the dish is between 250 and 499 G, the dish is considered to be "good". It'll give you +280 recovery or 322 G profit. If the total value of the dish is between 500 and 999 G, the dish is considered to be "perfect". It'll give you +280 recovery or 602 G profit. If the total value of the dish is 1,000 G or more, the dish is considered to be "shining". It'll give you +280 recovery or 1,162 G profit.

Walk to the oven on your kitchen counter. Press the "A" button.

Choose the ingredients that you need for the recipe. Press the "A" button again and "Start" to make the dish.
