Open the Civic app. It's the green app with the white "C" and keyhole icon in the center.
Unlock the Civic app. Scan your fingerprint or enter your passcode to unlock the app.
Tap Contact Support. It's near the middle of the screen. This will open a prompt to create a new email directed to Civic's technical support. If you are prompted to first select an email app, choose the email app you normally use to compose emails on your phone.
Explain that you need to reset your Civic ID. In the email's subject, you can write "Please reset my Civic ID" and explain why in the body of the email.
Provide your full phone number (including the Country Code) and email address. This must be the phone number and email address used to create your Civic account.
Send the email. You will receive an email confirmation that your support request was received and a Civic representative will contact you with further information.
Wait for a reset confirmation. You should be notified once your Civic ID has been reset. A Civic support representative may contact you to get more information to better assist you. Always be helpful and courteous in resolving your issue.
