How to Use a Wormhole Potion
Ensure you're on the same team as the player you want to teleport to. Wormhole Potions only work in multiplayer, and they will only work if you're on the same team as the other player you want to teleport to. To change what team you're on, open your inventory and select one of the colored shields underneath the PvP toggle button.
Open the full-screen map. The button to open your full-screen map changes depending on what platform you're playing on: PC (mouse and keyboard): M PC (controller): Options button (has a right-facing triangle on it) Playstation: Select button Xbox: Options button (has a left-facing triangle on it) Wii U: Minus button Nintendo Switch: Minus button, pinch inwards at maximum zoom, or tap the minimap
Select the player icon of the person you want to teleport to. You don't need to use or equip the potion in order to actually use it. As long as the Wormhole Potion is in your inventory, you will be able to teleport to another person on your team by clicking their player icon (head) on the full map.
