BHUBANESWAR: City police on Wednesday arrested a youth, Prafulla Jena for allegedly kidnapping a girl student of a private engineering college.The father of the girl had filed an FIR in the Mahila Police station on March 3 alleging that his daughter was kidnapped by Jena (24) while she was returning from college. Prafulla, who hails from Balasore district, works in a private company in the City. Police claimed that the youth was arrested from his native village and the girl handed over to her family.
