Agra: A jewellery shop owner was killed by armed assailants in Agra inside his shop and the entire event was caught on the shop's CCTV.
The video footage shows two gunmen entering Shail Kundra's store in Agra's crowded Shah Ganj market and firing at him indiscriminately.
The video shows one assailant had a gun in each hand. The victim got up from his seat and reached for his gun in act of self-defence when a bullet struck him in the chest.
The gunmen then kicked Kundra, snatched his gun and fled. An FIR has been registered.
"At around 1930 hrs IST two gunmen entered the shop & started firing. They seem to be professional criminals. The target was primarily Sael Kundra," said Agra Senior Superintendent of Police Aaditya Mishra.
Two more people were injured in the shootout and admitted to a hospital in Agra.
