New Delhi: An Army officer has been accused of sexual harassment. Colonel Sunder Singh Yadav has been arrested after a woman officer complained against him.
Colonel Sunder Singh Yadav was the registrar of the army college of medical sciences in Delhi Cantonment. The lady officer, a captain, is a doctor at the institute.
She says Yadav took her out in the pretext of having dinner with her on Thursday night, and molested her.
She also says there was a stranger present in the car at the time. However, its not clear if that man too was involved in the alleged molestation.
Yadav has been booked for outraging the modesty of a woman under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code.
