Top leaders from both Congress and BJP will conclude their election meetings in poll-bound Rajasthan on Friday, days after they put up a intense political fight against each other. Narendra Modi is scheduled to address three rallies in Sumerpur, Pokran and Jodhpur.

Congress will conclude its election campaign with meetings addressed by senior party leaders including Ghulam Nabi Azad, Vijay Bahuguna and Sachin Pilot.

Modi had on Thursday accused Congress of poor governance in the state, "Congress has broken many promises, they do not care about the poor. Houses do not have adequate sanitation facilities due to which women have to face difficulties. Villages do not have electricity. Infant mortality rate is very high in the state. Is this what you call as development?" he had asked, adding that levels of malnutrition cases in Rajasthan has been on the rise and female literacy is very low.

The upcoming election in Rajasthan is being seen as a litmus test for both the BJP and the Congress ahead of the 2014 general elections. Rajasthan is currently governed by a Congress government. The counting of votes will take place on December 8.
